Films, memory and me.

I've decided that since I never seem to be able to remember the details of films I've watched - even those I've really enjoyed - I'm going to write something down about them in a blog. Not reviews exactly, just a little bit of mental exercise. So, to start the ball rolling...

Watched a film called The Matador the other night. I liked it a lot. It stars Pierce Brosnan and that guy who plays the gay neighbour in As Good As It Gets. I like him - he's the sort of actor who seems to play roles you can warm to easily. Brosnan was very good too - a pretty nasty character who nevertheless manages to evoke some sympathy by the end. The musical score also got my vote: it was very funky in parts and generally complemented the film well.

Oh yes, and there was a short, bizarre scene in a swimming pool with a what looked like great white shark. I'm still not sure what that was all about. :|
